What is the Return Policy?
At Breathe& Bath, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any product doesn’t meet your expectations, we accept returns and exchanges within 21 days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies to purchases made in our online store, or at temporary pop-up locations.
To ensure eligibility for a return:
- The product must have been purchased at full price. (Discounted products are not refundable).
- The product and its packaging must be in like-new condition (unused and undamaged).
- The product must still be available for sale (i.e., not discontinued).
- Damaged or broken products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return is inspected and approved at our warehouse, we will refund the cost of the product along with the taxes to the original payment method.
Please note: Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Note: If your item was purchased through an authorized retailer, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products not purchased directly from our website.
What Are the Conditions for a Product Exchange?
Exchanges can be requested if the returned product meets the following conditions:
- The returned product will be exchanged for an item(s) of equal or greater value (before taxes) to the original product.
- You must submit your request starting from the order you wish to return and exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A fixed fee of $15.00 (plus taxes) applies.
- Once your request is submitted, you will receive a return label. You are responsible for dropping off the package at a Canada Post depot and ensuring the item is well-packaged for return.
Note: Breathe& Bath. reserves the right to refuse a return or adjust the fixed return fee for customers in remote regions where shipping rates are higher.
What Conditions Apply to Items on Sale or During Sales Periods?
Sale items and products purchased during special sales events (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Boxing Day) are considered final sale.
We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these products.
